How To Check Printing Quality Of Cosmetic Cream Tube?
Apart from the 5 points mentioned in the last article, below are also very important for cosmetic tube inspection:
1. Printing:
*The printing area is between the upper and lower limit positions confirmed by both parties (≤±0.1mm), without ghosting.
*The printing must be clear and complete and the color consistent with the confirmed sample.
*The size of the text is the same to the confirmed sample, no hyphenation, slack, no gaps, and no influence on recognition
*The printed font has no obvious burrs, ink edges, no typos, missing characters, missing punctuation, missing text strokes, illegibility, etc.
2. Graphic and text: The overprint is accurate, the overprint error of the main part is ≤1mm, no obvious heterochromatic spots and stain.
*The tube size≥100ml, the front side is allowed to have 2 spots that do not exceed 0.5mm, and the back allows 3 spots that do not exceed 0.5mm.
*The tube size <100ml, 1 spot with no more than 0.5mm is allowed on the front side, and 2 spots on the back side no more than 0.5mm.
3. Position deviation
*Tube size≥100ml, the vertical deviation of the printing position shall not exceed ±1.5mm, and the left and right deviation shall not exceed ±1.5mm;
*Tube size <100ml, the vertical deviation of the printing position shall not exceed ±1mm, and the left and right deviation shall not exceed ±1mm.
4. Content requirements: consistent with samples confirmed by both parties
5. Color difference: the printing and hot stamping colors are the same as the samples confirmed by both parties, and the color difference is between limit color deviation confirmed by both parties
