1. Sanitary security
Cosmetics directly contact the human body, which puts forward high hygiene safety requirements for its packaging.  (1) Mechanical performance. The main function of packaging is to use its mechanical performance to ensure that the content is not damaged. (2) Blocking performance. Cosmetic packaging is commonly used in plastic blocks such as aluminum foil, EVOH, oxide plating PET, and nylon. Its blocking is different due to the differences in the selected materials and thickness. For example, aluminum foil has high resistance. When the thickness of aluminum foil is above 25 μm, its blocking performance can reach 100%; EVOH's resistance to oxygen is proportional to its thickness. · 24H (MOCON test method); PET permeability of PET with oxide plating is generally 0.2 1.0cc/M2 · 24H (MOCON detection method). Therefore, materials with different obstruction should be selected according to the requirements of the packaging cosmetics. In addition, the interaction between fragrance and packaging materials should also be considered, such as polyolefin material absorbing fragrance oil. At this time, a layer of protective coating can be added between aluminum foil and polyolefins.
 
(3) Chemical resistance and weather resistance. The materials selected by the plastic tube for cosmetics packaging should have the performance of the chemical corrosion resistance of content, including oil resistance, lipid resistance, acid resistance, etc., which can be preferred to meet the requirements of the substrate resin according to the actual conditions and needs, such as HDPE, such as HDPE It has better chemical resistance than LDPE.
The weather resistance of plastic tube is related to the temperature resistance, size stability, and environmental stress crackedness of the material used. Only by ensuring the short or long -term performance of the plastic tube can the quality and safety of the cosmetics be guaranteed. For example, some cosmetics are suitable for use in cold winter. If plastic tube uses conventional materials such as PP, a series of problems such as decline testing and explosive tube may occur. , Crispy and fragile at low temperature. 3. Operating
In order to facilitate printing and packaging operations, and adapting to mechanized operations, plastic tubes for cosmetics packaging should have good printing adaptability, thermal seal performance and packaging machine adaptability.
 
(1) Printing adaptability. From the perspective of printing, aluminum -plastic and full -plastic composite tubes are more advantageous than plastic squeezing tubes. Because aluminum -plastic and full -plastic composite tube are first made different materials into pieces through squeezing the preface, and the tubes are used after cutting and printing. Later system tube; and plastic squeezing tubes are preceded by tube tube and then printed, which will inevitably lead to the complexity of the printing process.
 
(2) Thermal seal performance. The heat sealing performance contains two indicators of the sealing temperature and the heat sealing strength. At this time, some low temperature sealing materials can be used to ensure that welding is welded under low temperature conditions without the quality of cosmetics. 4. Economics
In aluminum -plastic composite tube, the unit price of aluminum foil is the highest, and the thickness of the control of aluminum foil can effectively control the cost of the tube. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring good product performance, using thinner aluminum foil, reducing the loss in the production process, and using simple packaging as much as possible can reduce the cost of aluminum -plastic composite tube.
At present, the cost of full -plastic composite tube is relatively high. Under the premise of not affecting various performances, the thinning thickness is also one of its future development directions. As a result, high -profile materials (such as PP, etc.) will increasingly apply it to full -plastic composite tubes.
