Usually, the development technicians get complex cosmetic soft tube documents, and they will evaluate whether they can print and use which printing method to achieve the effect of the document design. During the production of cosmetic soft tube, the cosmetic tubes are mainly plastic printing, soft printing and silk mesh, concave printing, and hot jewelry. The tender seal is the trend of mainstream mainstream in the future, but it has not yet been fully popularized. At present, the main printing method of tubes is still plastic printing, and soft printing has not yet spread to each cosmetic tube factory. Plastic printing is usually the convex printing. The printing process is divided into: dust removal -surface pre -treatment (electric halo treatment and flame treatment) — printing (UV ink) — 上 — v UV curing (or thermal curing).

The adhesive printing uses a paste with high viscosity ink. The ink roller transfers the ink from the ink fight to a set of rubber rollers. (1) Good printing effect

Relative to the screen printing method, the printing graphic graphics of the convex glue printing are relatively fine, so it can copy some gradient and rich artistic design drafts.

In the cosmetic tube convex printing process, when monochrome printing, the maximum number of mesh lines can reach 175 lines/inch; when the multi -color stack printing, the number of mesh lines can reach 100 to 120 lines/inch. Although the rubber print on the tube is difficult to be so delicate than the paper, it has a very rich expression.

(2) Multi -color printing

When printing the cosmetic tube with a printing method, in addition to the CMYK four -color, some special colors are often used. At present, eight -color printing machines have appeared in the field of tube printing, which meets the specific requirements of some customers.

(3) Fast speed and high production capacity

In the fully automatic cosmetic tube production line, cosmetic tube molding and printing are in one go. The printing machine, extrusion machine, head injection machine, and film covering are forming cosmetic tube automatic production line. The production speed of the entire production line can reach 100/minute. Some printing speeds dedicated to cosmetic tube printing printers can reach 200/minute. The smaller the pipe diameter, the faster the printing speed.

(4) Low printing cost

Compared with the screen printing, the cost of printing is relatively low. The reason is: First, the price of convex glue UV ink is cheaper than network printing UV ink; second, the plastic printing is indirect printing method. The ink is transferred from the printing version to the surface of the hose twice, so it is transferred to the ink on the surface of the hose. The membrane layer is obviously thinner, and the amount of ink is much less than the screen printing method. This is also one of the ways to distinguish between rubber and silk. Third, the convex printing is fast and high in production capacity, which reduces the cost of printing each cosmetic tube.

Compared with soft printing, printing costs are relatively lower. The main reasons are: first, the machine's machine prices are more expensive; second, the hosted manuscript is mainly based on printing text and logo. It's more expensive.

(5) Stable quality and convenient detection

The automatic cosmetic tube production line is equipped with automatic camera and automatic tube device. The automatic camera device stores the image information of the standard product, and then scan the printing screen of each cosmetic tube. Compared with the stored standard information, it automatically makes the product's judgment design, and the unqualified products are removed. The detection is very convenient. The entire printing process ensures that the quality of hose printing is within a stable range.
