The facial cleanser tube adopts co-extrusion technology to co-extrude different kinds of materials together and form in one step. Plastic co-extrusion tubes are divided into single-layer co-extrusion tubes and multi-layer co-extrusion tubes. The former is mainly used for packaging fast-consuming cosmetics (such as hand creams, etc.), which has high requirements for appearance and low requirements for actual performance, while the latter is mainly used for packaging cosmetics.

The color bar at the bottom of the facial cleanser tube is actually called the 'electric eye positioning point', which is used to locate and identify the end of the product during the production process of the facial cleanser.

Commonly used are red, blue, green and black. The electric eye positioning function is very common in printed cosmetic tube packaging, and is used for the positioning sense of the sealing machine when the product is automatically filled with the tube. The facial cleanser tube is a packaging container, which is made of aluminum foil and plastic film through a co-extrusion process, and then processed into a tube shape by a special tube making machine. Its typical structure is PE/PE+EAA/AL/PE+EA/PE. The facial cleanser tube is mainly used for tube with high requirements on hygiene and isolation. The insulating layer is generally aluminum foil, and the insulating performance depends on the degree of pinholes in the aluminum foil. With the continuous improvement of skills, the thickness of the aluminum foil insulation layer in the facial cleanser tube has been reduced from the traditional 40um to 12pum or even 9um, which greatly saves resources.

The facial cleanser tube is made of plastic, and it is divided into two types: all-plastic non-isolated composite tube and all-plastic isolated composite tube. All-plastic barrier-free composite tubes are generally used for low-level packaging, FMCG cosmetics: Because of the seams in the tube, plastic barrier-free composite tubes are usually used for medium-level low-level cosmetic packaging. The barrier layer may be a multi-layer composite comprising EVOH, PVDC, oxide-coated PET, and the like. The typical structure of plastic insulation composite tube is PE/PE/EYOH/eE/PE.
